Team Updates & Thanksgiving

Greetings, Team Butterfly Dreamz!
We hope you're enjoying this season of love and thanksgiving. At Butterfly Dreamz, we're grateful for quite a bit, including:

Our growing team - over the last few months, we've onboarded new staff, hired over 50 interns, and welcomed new Leadership Coaches!
Our continued impact - We ended FY22 strong with 100% of our c/o 2022 high seniors enrolling in post-secondary college and career programs and over 90% of our interns growing in SEL/career skills, measured by our third-party program evaluator.
Our inspiring youth leaders - We use the word "leadership" quite a bit at Butterfly Dreamz. Last month our girls reflected deeply on what this word means to them and their communities. We were inspired by their thoughtful and insightful definitions of leadership!
